USA dominated the eventing at the Pan-American Games

This Sunday, the United States seized all spots on the podium after the Individual eventing competition held at the Equestrian National Center located at the Deodoro Military Club. Karen O’Connor riding The Odore O’Connor, Phillip Dutton with Truluck and Gina Miles with McKinglaigh respectively won the gold, scoring 52,70 points; silver, scoring 53,80 points; and bronze with 56,30 points.

On the team event, the Americans also stood on the highest step at the podium totaling 162,8 points. Stephen Bradley riding From completed team USA formed by O’Connor, Dutton and Miles. The Canadian team scored 211 points and took the silver with the following riders: Kyle Carter riding Madison Park, Mike Winter and Kingpin, Sandra Donnely mounting Buenos Aires and Waylon Roberts with Paleface.

The Brazilians Fabricio Salgado riding Butterfly, Carlos Paro, mounting Political Mandate, Renan Guerreiro with Rodízio AA and André Paro with Land Heir completed the podium with 235,6 points.
