For the second last time this year, the virtual hammer fell for the auction foals in Verden yesterday evening. The 32 foals changed hands for an average price of 7,773 euros. The top-priced foal was the Fürst Toto daughter Flavia with a hammer price of 15,500 Euros.

With Flavia, a magnificent Fürst Toto daughter leads the price structure. Bred and presented by Günther Röhrich, this black filly out of a Sandro Hit dam will now make her way to France. The French customer bought Flavia for 15,500 Euros. Two foals were knocked down for 14,000 Euros. De Niro Gold- Londontime- Fürst Piccolo reads the pedigree of Die Feine EH (breeder and exhibitor: ZG Edler Heger). The dark bay filly went to a buyer in Baden-Württemberg for 14,000 Euros. Second in the 14,000 euro hammer price was Designed in Black. Bred and exhibited by Theda Busemann, this Despacito- Rotspon son has a secure dam line and will now continue his life in the USA.

A total of seven foals achieved a hammer price of 10,000 euros and more. 16 auction foals were bought by bidders from Germany, four move to a new stable in Hungary, three of the foals start their journey to the USA, two each moved to the Netherlands, France and Spain and one foal each moves to Poland, Great Britain and Argentina.

The last opportunity to bid for a foal in Verden this year will be on October 24, 2021, at the 138th Elite Auction. The collection offers 25 quality foals with secured pedigrees. Two foals can call the newly crowned World Champion of 7-year-old dressage horses Jovian their sire. But also in the show jumping camp, Nartago and Comme Prévu are sport proven sires in the pedigrees.
