Werner Muff wins the opening class at Treffen

87 Combinations were out to see who was in form today at the opening class of the CSI3* Treffen, Austria.

Of the twenty that remained fault free, it was a Swiss rider who posted the winning round in the indoor arena at the GLOCK HORSE PERFORMANCE CENTER.

Werner Muff, riding Osiris du Goyen, pulled off a stunning performance with risky turns registering the best time of 55,98s in the Table A 1m40 against the clock.

The seventeen year old Irish Bertram Allen riding the ten-year-old Zenzation cleared the obstacles effortlessly to fill runner-up spot (56.36). The young rider managed to edge team Olympic silver medalist, Jur Vrieling, from the Netherlands on Flash Dance V. Kalevallei into third place.
