The three-time World Cup-winner, World and European Champion Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum and the world class riders Cindy van der Straten/NED and Andreas Schou/DEN, to name only a few – they all bought their four-legged young stars at the 2nd online auction for three-year-old show jumpers from Paul Schockemöhle’s breeding. The top price highlight with 51,000 Euros was Schockemöhle Online Auction a son of Casallco, who is closely related to the top jumpers Balance, Sancer and Balsandra on his dam’s side. Cor du Lys PS, a son of the Olympic stallion Cornet du Lys, cost 46,000 Euros. Chacgran PS by Chac Boy (Exelero)-Cartogran comes from the mare line of the two-time World Champion P.S. Priamos and was sold for 40,000 Euros.
The price peak of the 8th online foal auction, which took place at the same time, was Big Kaiser with a hammer price of 23,000 Euros. The promising son of the two-time Olympic champion Big Star, whose dam already brought the P.S.I. auction highlight and the highly successful HS Quantador, went to clients in the USA. The most expensive dressage foals were the black-coloured Vitalis son Vidivan (15,000 Euros) and the son of the three-time World Dressage Champion Totilas, Total Black (14,000 Euros).
The 27 bids were auctioned off for a total turnover of 500,500 Euros at an average price of 19,250 Euros.
The next online auction of the Paul Schockemöhle stallion station is scheduled for October – then licensing prospect stallions will come under the virtual hammer.
