Neumünster and the Dressage World Cup, by now this means 27 years of success.
In 1987 August-Christian Horn got the first qualification of the newly developed World Cup into the Holstenhallen, Paul Schockemöhle and Ullrich Kasselmann are continuing this tradition. From February 14.-17. Schleswig-Holstein is therefore the seventh host of the running season of the Reem Acra FEI World Cup Dressage.
Six stations have already been decided, the Italian Valentina Truppa is in the lead so far and on rank two the young German rider Kristina Sprehe from Dinklage is positioned. Team colleague Helen Langehanenberg from Havixbeck has only competed in three stations of the World Cup and so far has reached rank eleven with 26 points. Neumünster is one of her next stations, the Olympic team second already stated in November.
In February 2012 riders from ten nations conquered the World Cup competition in Neumünster. The opening of the meaningful Indoor series of the Dressage Sport will take place on Saturday, February 16. at eight o’clock in the morning. In the Grand Prix de Dressage – Prize of Madeleine Winter-Schulze – the qualification for the World Cup competition will be decided.
Only the best 15 riders are allowed to compete on Sunday, February 17. at 09:55 o’clock in the Reem Acra FEI World Cup Dressage. This is the Grand Prix Freestyle, presented by the VR Bank Neumünster and the Bausparkasse Schwäbisch Hall.
